We are hiring a professional UNARMED security officer for a multifamily site in Houston, TX 77054. To perform Vehicle. 5 days per week (Wednesday thru Sunday). From 10pm-6am. You must have a reliable vehicle and, smart phone. The position pays $14.00 per hour, and plus $1.00 using your vehicle, total of $15 hourly.

Responsibilities:
- Perform access controls at gates.- Active foot patrol premises regularly to maintain order and establish a presence.- Monitor and authorize entrance of vehicles or people on the property.- Secure all exits, doors, and windows after the end of operations.- Provide assistance to people in need.- Submit reports of daily surveillance activity and important occurrences.
- Displaying security guard core values.
Requirements:
- Level II Uncommssioned Texas Security Certification is required or registered as a Security Guard in Texas DPS
- Previous experience in Security highly preferred
- Strong customer service- Tech-savvy with experience in electronic report writing.- Excellent surveillance and observation skills- Must have a working smart phone.
