Job Description

Salary: $120,000 - 160,000 per year Requirements:

• 1-3 years of relevant experience for Level 1, with familiarity in standard practices and procedures.
• 4-7 years of experience for Level 2, requiring some creativity and independence in task execution.
• 8+ years of experience for Level 3, demonstrating advanced judgment and the ability to tackle complex tasks.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills for effective communication.
• Superior verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities with meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficient in analyzing systems and workflows.
• Effective multitasking skills for managing various projects simultaneously.

• Maintain high availability and reliability of systems and services in production and development environments.
• Monitor and enhance system performance, latency, and overall efficiency through proactive tuning.
• Execute performance benchmarking and capacity analysis to optimize workloads.
• Serve as the primary contact for incident management, minimizing downtime during emergencies.
• Conduct post-incident reviews to improve system reliability and prevent future issues.
• Oversee system changes with a focus on proper planning and minimal risk.
• Create automation scripts and tools to enhance operational efficiency.
• Revamp CI/CD pipelines and deployment methods for swift, stable software delivery.
• Utilize Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles for system infrastructure management.
• Design and implement comprehensive monitoring and alerting systems.
• Analyze monitoring data to derive insights on system performance and user impact.
• Collaborate with development teams to integrate reliability practices into the application development lifecycle.
• Promote best practices in system design and software application operationalization.
• Assist in transitioning new applications and features into production through training and documentation.
