About Us:

Interior Adornment Inc.is a growing architectural millwork shop in Maspeth, Queens. We produce high-quality custom cabinetry, paneling, and architectural components with a modern workflow. We fabricate high-end custom cabinetry, wall panels and architectural components for commercial and residential interiors. All work is performed in-house using advanced CNC, edgebanding and pressing – no field carpentry or installation. We’re seeking a skilled Millwork Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about woodworking, cabinetry, and precision installation, and takes pride in delivering high-quality custom work.

Key responsibilities:

• Installation of cabinets on-site, ensuring they are plumb and level.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively during the construction process.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area on construction sites.
• Troubleshoot any issues that arise during installation or assembly.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Millwork Installer.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural/shop drawings and work to precise measurements.
• Proficient in the use of hand tools and power tools commonly used in woodworking.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to a professional work ethic.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Good communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; ability to travel within the NYC area.
• NYC SST and OSHA 10/30 certified.

Benefits:

• Hourly Salary: Based on experience.
• Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday 8am- 4pm. PM: occasional OT as needed.
