Additional Notes: The position is based in India and requires familiarity with local languages (Hindi, English), strong foreign trade communication skills, and market development awareness. Knowledge of air compressor products is preferred. 1. Core Business Development and Customer Management
- Responsible for market research of air compressors (including all models and supporting products) in the India region, accurately identifying local market demand, competitor dynamics, and industry policies. Develop foreign trade promotion strategies tailored to the local market, expand new customers (including distributors and end enterprise clients), and increase the company's product coverage and market share in India.
- Maintain relationships with existing Indian customers, regularly communicate with them to understand their needs and feedback, respond promptly to product inquiries, order quotations, after-sales requests, etc., ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty, and drive repeat purchases and referrals from existing customers.
- Responsible for the full process of foreign trade order follow-up, including order negotiations, contract signing, payment collection, and logistics coordination (coordinating goods transportation, customs clearance, and other matters between the China headquarters and Indian customers), ensuring orders are delivered on time, with quality and quantity, and mitigating order fulfillment risks.
2. Market Operations and Brand Promotion
- Based on the characteristics of the local Indian market, assist the company in carrying out brand promotion activities for air compressors, including participating in local industry exhibitions, online promotions, offline visits, etc., to enhance the company's brand and product recognition and influence in the Indian market.
- Collect information on technical standards, certification requirements, policies, and regulations for air compressor products in the Indian market, and timely report it to the China headquarters, providing a basis for product optimization, compliant production, and market strategy adjustments.
- Liaise with local Indian partners (such as logistics companies, customs brokers, distributors, etc.), establish stable cooperative relationships, optimize business processes, reduce operating costs, and improve business execution efficiency.
3. Communication, Reporting, and Coordination
- Regularly submit business reports to the China headquarters, including monthly, quarterly, and annual business summaries (covering sales, customer development, market trends, existing issues, and improvement plans) to ensure headquarters has timely knowledge of business progress in India.
- Must return to the China headquarters at least once a year to report work, providing detailed annual work achievements, market development status, future work plans, and market recommendations. Coordinate with related headquarters departments (production, R&D, finance, etc.) to resolve various issues in business promotion.
- Assist the China headquarters in foreign trade data statistics, document organization, contract filing, etc., and promptly convey headquarters' business requirements, product updates, and policy adjustments to ensure efficient internal and external coordination.
4. Other Related Work
- Strictly comply with relevant laws and regulations of China and India, foreign trade industry standards, and company policies to ensure compliant foreign trade operations.
- Proactively study air compressor product knowledge, foreign trade business skills, and Indian local market information, continuously improving personal business capabilities to adapt to market changes and job requirements.
- Complete other temporary tasks related to foreign trade in the India region as assigned by the company headquarters.
