• Solicit, negotiate, and coordinate Commercial Real Estate transactions.

• Conduct thorough financial analysis for loan approvals.
• Oversee loan processing, closing, and documentation.
• Monitor and service existing loans, including annual reviews.
• Present lending transactions to the Loan Committee or Board of Directors.

• Proven experience in Commercial Lending and Business Development.
• Strong expertise in Credit Analysis and Financial Statement Analysis.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Lending Compliance.
