Pay Estimated at $20 to $23 per hour (base pay of $18/hour plus tips) . We offer WEEKLY Pay for all hourly team members.

Position Overview:
As a Back of House (BOH) team member, you’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality food with speed, precision, and consistency. You'll prepare and execute food and sauce recipes according to Starbird standards, while upholding cleanliness and safety protocols at all times.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook food items using fryers, grills, and ovens
• Follow all recipes and food safety standards
• Set up and break down cooking stations
• Daily line checks to ensure proper temperature of food and equipment
• Maintain a clean, organized kitchen throughout the shift
• Keep the dining area, lobby, and restrooms clean and inviting
• Closing duties including cleaning and storage of food and equipment
• Communicate effectively and support your teammates to ensure a smooth service

Qualifications:

• Previous kitchen or food service experience preferred but not required
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for up to 8 hours
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
