A respected and well-established commercial roofing contractor in Michigan is seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee large-scale roofing projects from pre-construction through closeout. This is a confidential search for a company known for its quality, professionalism, and long-term stability in the commercial and industrial roofing sector.

The successful candidate will be a proactive leader who ensures projects are completed safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with specifications.

  • Manage field crews, foremen, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure adherence to schedule, scope, and safety standards.

  • Coordinate with project managers, estimators, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.

  • Conduct quality control inspections and verify compliance with specifications and warranties.

  • Track progress, labor hours, material deliveries, and project milestones.

  • Enforce company safety policies and OSHA requirements.

  • Maintain accurate daily logs and communicate updates to leadership.

  • Strong knowledge of commercial construction practices, safety compliance, and crew management.

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and job submittals.

  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to job sites across Michigan.

  • OSHA 30 certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).

Why Apply?

This is your chance to join a financially strong, growth-oriented contractor with decades of market presence. Work on diverse projects across Michigan — from schools and retail to industrial facilities — and enjoy career advancement opportunities in a supportive culture.
