ActivStars Athletics is seeking an energetic, organized, and customer-focused Bilingual Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to join our team! If you enjoy working in a positive office environment, have strong administrative skills, and want to make a difference in the lives of children and teens, we'd love to hear from you.

ActivStars Athletics provides youth enrichment and martial arts programs serving families throughout a six-state region. Every day, our team works together to inspire confidence, character, and success in thousands of young students.

Position Details

• Full-Time
• Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Occasional weekends for special events
• Starting at $17.00 per hour
• Location: North Scottsdale, Arizona
• Professional, small office environment

Primary Responsibilities

• Manage the company's main phone lines and provide exceptional customer service
• Answer customer calls and assist with questions regarding classes, registration, and accounts
• Respond promptly to company email inquiries and website chat messages
• Welcome visitors and provide a professional first impression of the company
• Perform general administrative and office support duties
• Assist office staff with special projects and event preparation as needed

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Comfortable using computers and common office software
• Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced office environment
• Positive, outgoing, and professional attitude
• Dependable and self-motivated

Preferred Qualifications

• Must be fluent in both English and Spanish
• Administrative experience
• Customer service experience
• Experience working in a busy office environment
