What You’ll Do:

• Present and sell finance, warranty, and insurance products
• Collaborate with sales and management to ensure smooth client experience
• Complete e-contracting using Dealertrack
• Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and dealer documentation requirements
• Contribute to training and continuous improvement of dealership operations

What We’re Looking For:

• High energy individual with Automotive Finance Manager experience
• Proven success in an F&I or related sales role
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Outgoing, customer-focused, and highly motivated
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, professional dealership environment

Work Details: * Schedule: Full-time, 5 days/week (Monday–Friday with one weekday off; every Saturday 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m.)

• Environment: Office setting within a high-volume dealership
• Physical Demands: Primarily sedentary with occasional filing and light lifting

Desired Qualifications:

• Automotive finance experience (2+ years)
• Strong performance history and client-focused mindset
