Accounting 2 job is $28.00 per hr. ,$56,560.00 Annual to start.

Never any Layoffs, cut hours, Nights, or Weekends, Mon-Fri 8:00am or 8:30am - 4:30pm or to 5:00pm, your choice.

FYI we are hoping to move to larger quarters in Clarksburg MD. Right near am I270 exit by the mall, within a year or less.

Initially your main focus will be to code chart of accounts entries into a Quicken checkbook. These Entries are for missing data which will be subsequently linked to an existing P&L and Balance Sheet. This is a reconstructive accounting task that will require extreme focus, "stick-to-it-iveness", and about 9 months to complete. Quicken Report experience very helpful. You Must work on premises and be able to start reasonably quickly. After successfully accomplishing your reconstructive coding task, you will receive an annual increase to $61,560.00 per year, and your job focus will change to incorporate the following:

• Duties require an exceptional attention to detail, with excellent communication skills between Accounting Staff and Executives in a sometimes fast paced environment.
• Accounting 2 job is paper packet building and processing A/P, includes a fast system A/R, filing own work, no payroll, no phones, no other departments.
• Good Excel navigational skills required for multiple Credit Card Payable Accounts.
• Our custom coded A/R system is fast and easy.
• 10 days, prorated, paid vacation per year, + 8 paid Holidays.
• Plus you will have input and decision making into which accounting systems and processes we utilize.
