A growing Family Office is seeking an analytical, self-motivated Treasury Manager for a newly created, autonomous role focused on building and optimizing processes across multi-entity financial structures. In this position, you will oversee cash management, liquidity, banking, and cash reconciliation across multiple generations, trusts, and investment vehicles.
The ideal candidate will possess strong treasury system experience and a strategic mindset, balancing day-to-day operational execution with long-term capital preservation while maximizing yield on idle cash, mitigating risks, and ensuring seamless funding for private equity calls, real estate transactions, and lifestyle requirements.
- Compensation: $100K - $130K+, plus a bonus

responsibilities:
- Cash & Liquidity Management: Manage daily cash positioning across dozens of multi-currency entities, developing robust short- and long-term forecasts to ensure seamless funding for capital calls, taxes, and operations.
- Banking & Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for private, custodian, and commercial banks, handling account administration, and bank fee optimization.
- Yield & Investment Optimization: Maximize yield on idle cash using short-term investments while strictly adhering to capital preservation and investment guidelines.
- Payment Operations & Fraud Prevention: Initiate and approve high-value domestic and international wire transfers while enforcing rigorous internal controls and dual-authorization workflows.
- Reporting & Cross-Functional Liaison: Prepare comprehensive treasury dashboards for senior leadership and collaborate with business units to assess project impacts on overall liquidity.
- Process & Technology Optimization: Lead treasury technology initiatives to streamline workflows, update policies, and align activities with corporate accounting standards.
- Key Competencies: Demonstrate a proactive ability to prioritize competing, high-volume deadlines with meticulous attention to detail in a fast-moving, multi-entity environment.
qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Professional Experience: 5+ years of relevant treasury or cash management experience, backed by a strong foundational understanding of corporate accounting principles.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel along with experience utilizing Treasury Management Systems (TMS) or database platforms.
- Certifications: Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is highly preferred
- Communication & Collaboration: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence at multiple levels and coordinate productively across departments.
- Execution & Drive: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple high-priority deliverables under tight deadlines with a strong commitment to driving continuous process improvement.
- Problem-Solving & Adaptability: A proven, innovative problem-solver and troubleshooter who thrives in fast-paced or entrepreneurial environments.
