Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) travel assignment in Roseau, Minnesota. Start date May 18, 2026 for a 13-week assignment. Earn $1,525–$1,627 per week with 36 guaranteed hours per week. Day shift in a hospital setting.

Responsibilities
- Assist the RN or licensed practitioner in identifying patient needs, care priorities, and goals, considering age, background, and individual beliefs.
- Gather, observe, record, and communicate patient responses to nursing interventions; help modify the plan of care in collaboration with the licensed practitioner.
- Perform department-specific nursing activities per standards of care, policies, and procedures; support other duties as needed.
- Function as a member of the multidisciplinary team to implement an integrated patient-centered care plan; delegate nursing interventions to competent staff when appropriate.
- Recognize early warning signs of patient condition changes and report them; implement prescribed nursing interventions and document care promptly.
- Communicate relevant patient information with patients/families and the broader care team to ensure quality and continuity of care; participate in discharge planning and patient education.

Requirements
- Current LPN license (active) to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
- Ability to perform nursing assessments, provide patient care, and document care under supervision in a hospital setting.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for multidisciplinary teamwork.
- Capability to work in a day shift schedule and manage workload in a dynamic clinical environment.
- Availability for a 13-week travel assignment starting around May 18, 2026.
