The ideal candidate will have a strong background in implementing ITOM solutions using industry best practices, hands-on development, and integration expertise. This role requires a proactive individual who can design, configure, and customize ServiceNow modules to meet organizational needs. Key Responsibilities:• Implement ITOM solutions leveraging industry best practices.• Perform hands-on development tasks, including the creation, configuration, and customization of patterns, discovery schedules, probes, sensors, and event rules.• Integrate ServiceNow ITOM modules with enterprise monitoring tools, application management tools, and automation of alerts using OOB plugins and API methods.• Implement ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Orchestration use cases.• Conduct third-party software integrations with ServiceNow.• Design and modify ServiceNow forms, workflows, scripts, transform maps, service maps, web services, inbound email actions, SLAs, and other components.• Manage MID Servers to ensure seamless integrations and operations.• Participate in multiple ServiceNow implementations and provide expertise in the deployment process. Preferred Qualifications:• Experience in application architecture, infrastructure architecture, database architecture, networking, and distributed systems.• Knowledge of modern web technologies and cloud computing architectural principles, including SaaS, PaaS, multi-tenancy, and automation.
