Job Description

Join a dynamic team focused on developing an innovative AI-native platform that transforms traditional spreadsheet-driven operations into real-time dashboards and agentic workflows. This role involves taking ownership of core product delivery, including platform foundations, integrations, analytics surfaces, and supporting the pilot launch. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver production features across both backend and frontend.
• Design and implement a scalable integrations framework.
• Create real-time analytics experiences.
• Architect an agentic tool-use layer compatible with MCP-style patterns.
• Establish strong engineering hygiene, including testing, observability, and on-call readiness for the pilot.
• Iterate quickly and pragmatically to enhance product features.

• Proven software engineering skills with the ability to ship end-to-end solutions and self-unblock.
• Experience in building SaaS products, including APIs, data models, and understanding production constraints.
• Deep familiarity with integrations, including OAuth2, webhooks, API pagination, rate limiting, and sync semantics.
• A "vibe coding" mindset, effectively utilizing AI tools (such as Copilot/ChatGPT) to enhance productivity while maintaining quality.
• Familiarity with MCP-style tool interfaces and/or experience in building tool servers.
• Strong communication skills to explain trade-offs and align stakeholders.

Hourly compensation ranges from $70 to $110.

This role is structured as an independent contractor position, with opportunities available on a rolling basis.
