Diagnose and clear residential and light commercial drain and sewer blockages in Philadelphia, PA
Operate drain cleaning equipment, including electric snakes, augers, and hydro jetting systems
Perform sewer camera inspections and accurately locate line issues
Recommend repair solutions, maintenance, and next steps to customers with confidence
Complete service documentation and maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked service vehicle
Participate in on-call and weekend rotation as needed
Assist with minor plumbing repairs, sewer work, and excavation support based on experience

3 or more years of drain cleaning, sewer, or plumbing service experience
Hands-on experience with drain machines, hydro jetting equipment, and sewer cameras
Ability to install and replace a toilet and repair/replace disposals, faucets, traps, etc.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
Clear communication and customer service abilities
Ability to work independently and manage a service truck
Physically capable of lifting heavy equipment and working in confined spaces such as basements and crawl spaces
