Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Master Data Management (MDM) Developer to drive the execution of our enterprise data strategy. You will lead the development, evaluation, and implementation of our Master Data Management platform, beginning with a high-priority Customer MDM implementation and scaling to an Enterprise Multi-Domain model.
This role requires a deep technical understanding of data integration, mastering, and cloud infrastructure, as you will ingest data from Salesforce CRM and deploy solutions within a secure AWS GovCloud environment.
Core Responsibilities:
MDM Platform Evaluation & PoC: Execute and evaluate Proof of Concepts (PoCs) across Informatica, Reltio to help finalize our enterprise tool standard. Architecture & Development: Design, configure, and develop match/merge rules, data survival strategies, survivorship frameworks, and complex data hierarchies.
Data Pipeline Engineering: Build secure data ingestion pipelines to extract, transform, and load (ETL/ELT) customer domain data from Salesforce CRM into the MDM platform.
Blended Team Collaboration: Act as a core technical anchor within a blended delivery model, collaborating seamlessly with internal business stakeholders and external system integrators.
Enterprise Roadmap Preparation: Structure the initial Customer data model to seamlessly scale into a Multi-Domain enterprise model capable of handling future Material Master domains.
Required Technical Skills & Qualifications:
MDM Expertise: Minimum 8+ years of hands-on development experience in at least two of the following platforms: Informatica MDM, Reltio.
