POSITION SUMMARY:
The Senior Lead Counsel at Tess House Law, PLLC will serve as a strategic leader in our San Antonio-based family law practice. The successful candidate will leverage their extensive experience in high-asset divorce, child custody, and child support cases to provide exceptional legal representation to our clients. The Senior Lead Counsel will oversee complex cases, mentor junior attorneys, and contribute to the firm's growth and reputation. We seek a detail-oriented, analytical, and adaptable professional who can navigate challenging legal matters with empathy and professionalism.

These responsibilities ensure the Senior Lead Counsel plays a pivotal role in client representation, legal strategy, leadership, and firm growth while upholding the mission of Tess House Law, PLLC .
QUALIFICATIONS:
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Texas State Bar Admission (active and in good standing)
A minimum of 5+ years of experience in family law, with proven expertise in high-asset divorce, child custody, and child support cases.
Demonstrated success in handling complex, high-profile family law matters.
Expertise in legal research, case management, and drafting complex legal documents.
High level of proficiency with legal software and tools used in family law practice.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on client-focused interactions and clear legal explanations.
An empathetic, client-centered approach to legal practice.
Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Annual Salary: Starting Salary: $150,000 (commensurate with experience) with bonus potential
