Desired Location Scottsdale/ Greater Phoenix Area

Hybrid – 3 days in the office per week

Your Mission

We are looking for a SDR Manager to join our fast-growing SDR team. You will be supporting the team on accelerating the distribution of Nuvei’s products with specific focus on the North American market by running a team focused on uncovering new outbound opportunities & qualifying inbound leads.

You’ll join an already high-performing, ambitious team and help shape the next chapter of our SDR practice as we expand globally. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, love building pipeline, and want to grow alongside exceptional talent, we’d love to hear from you.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Lead, onboard, and coach a high-growth SDR team generating pipeline through inbound and outbound motion.
  • Own performance - tracking KPIs, driving results, and building a culture of excellence.
  • Be a product and value champion, equipping your team to win meaningful customer conversations.
  • Balance leadership with execution, delivering your own outcomes while elevating the team’s impact.
  • Build strong relationships with prospects and turn engagement into opportunity.
  • Spot new customer opportunities and help expand our footprint in the market.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, sharing insights that sharpen strategy and messaging.
  • Leverage modern sales tools and data-driven prospecting to develop high-quality leads.
  • Scale an efficient, high-performing outbound engine through smart prioritization and resourcefulness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
  • 2+ years leading high-performing SDR teams or SaaS sales experience with consistent target overachievement.
  • Proven ability to scale teams and processes in fast-paced, high-growth tech environments.
  • Strong strategic and analytical mindset, using data to drive performance and pipeline impact.
  • Operational excellence across Salesforce, forecasting, and performance metrics.
  • Passion for sales innovation, including AI-enabled tools and experimentation.
  • Track record of hiring, coaching, and developing top talent into future leaders.
  • Excellent cross-functional influence and relationship-building skills.
  • Fluent English required; additional European languages a strong plus.
  • Ambitious, self-starting, and motivated to grow into senior leadership.
