We are currently seeking a Salesforce QA to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

"> Job Description – QA Data Engineer with Salesforce Experience (Offshore) 

> Role Overview 

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented QA Data Engineer to join our offshore QA team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in API testing, functional validation, and data verification with hands-on SQL expertise. This role requires close collaboration with technical and business stakeholders to ensure high-quality delivery across financial and Salesforce-based applications. 

The candidate should be capable of understanding complex data flows, validating integrations, and ensuring end-to-end quality across applications and data layers. 

> Key Responsibilities 

Perform functional, API, and data validation testing across enterprise applications 

Validate data integrity and transformations using SQL queries and backend data analysis 

Develop and execute comprehensive test scenarios, test cases, and regression suites 

Test REST/SOAP APIs using tools such as Postman or similar platforms 

Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product teams to understand requirements and validate business logic 

Validate integrations between Salesforce and downstream/upstream systems 

Identify, document, track, and retest defects through resolution 

Support SIT, UAT, regression, and release validation activities 

Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to quality improvement initiatives 

> Required Skills & Experience 

4–7 years of experience in QA and data validation testing 

Strong hands-on experience with API testing 

Solid background in QA functional testing 

Mid-level proficiency in SQL for data validation and backend testing 

Experience working with Financial applications and business workflows 

Experience in Salesforce environments 

Strong understanding of system integrations and data flows 

Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and business teams 

Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery models 

> Preferred Qualifications 

Experience with API testing tools such as Postman, Swagger, or SoapUI 

Exposure to automation testing frameworks is a plus 

Knowledge of Salesforce objects, workflows, and integrations 

Familiarity with ETL/data pipeline validation is desirable 

Experience with JIRA, Azure DevOps, or ALM tools

Detail-oriented with a quality-first mindset 

Effective communication and stakeholder coordination abilities 

Self-motivated and capable of working independently in an offshore model 

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
