Location: Windom, MN Pay Range: $38.55 – $54.70 per hour *Rates offered will reflect applicable experience.* Windom Area Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team to work a weekend schedule, working two 12‑hour shifts every other weekend. The candidate would choose a Friday/Saturday or Saturday/Sunday commitment. Eligible nurses must be trained in Med/Surg, and will get trained into the Emergency Room and OB (experience in all three areas is highly preferred). Weekend package nurses receives additional weekend premium pay of $15/hr (plus additional shift differentials and premiums) and may pick up extra shifts at their regular rate of pay, including additional weekend shifts outside the package schedule. Nurses in this role commits to a minimum of 12 months in the weekend package schedule. This position is equivalent to a .3 FTE and is eligible for PERA (retirement plan) and accrues PTO according to WAH policies.
