POSITION TITLE: Regional Operations Manager
REPORTS TO: Executive Director
SUPERVISED BY: Executive Director, Compliance Officer and Human Resources
SUPERVISES: Regional agencies Administrative & Clinical Staff
RESPONSIBILITIES: The primary responsibilities of this full-time supervisory position are to manage the administrative and clinical activities at each agency within the assigned region. Under the direction and supervision of Corporate supervisors, the Regional Manager is responsible for providing direct oversight to all employees within the assigned region, including primary and offsite locations, to ensure all agency policies and procedures are adequately communicated, understood, and implemented. This includes, but is not limited to:
Provide oversight to each office in the assigned region
Ensures all staff receives required trainings in a timely fashion; identifies training needs and provides or arranges for trainings, as needed.
Provide general oversight to all personnel in offices within the region
Ensure healthy and safety is maintained in each office according to DMH and MBHS standards
Assist in identifying needs within each office
Ensuring each office within assigned region is adequately staffed to provide ongoing, quality services relative to the census for each location.
Ensures customer satisfaction by quickly attending to any concerns raised by clients, according to agency policies and procedures.
Ensures that all employees in the region adhere to MBHS and DMH standards
Assist with resolving schedule and payroll issues
Works with Human Resources to ensure that all personnel information maintained
Available for Supervision Meetings, trainings, and case management/staffing meetings as needed
Actively participates in all Surveys, Evaluations, Inspections or State Monitoring of Mississippi Behaviroal Health Services, LLC.
Participates in marketing, public relations, and community education as a positive, professional representative of the agency.
Return phone calls and emails promptly
Follow all safety rules.
Obtain all required continuing education hours as required by appropriate licensing board
Actively participate in all evaluations conducted by MBHS
Act as a liaison between for staff members or clients as needed.
Other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: A Regional Operations Manager must meet the following educational criteria:
o Master's degree in mental health or related field;
o Able to travel at least 50% of time for position;
o Knowledge of DMH and MBHS policy and procedures;
o Proficient in Microsoft Office and Claimtrak;
o Prior supervisor experience preferred but not required.
