Our client is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support their hospitality team in a fast-paced, service-driven environment. This role will oversee recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, and HR operations while partnering closely with leadership to foster a positive workplace culture. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of HR experience, knowledgable with employment laws, and thrives in dynamic settings such as hotels, restaurants, or hospitality organizations. About the Opportunity

Our client, a respected organization in the hospitality industry, is seeking an experienced and proactive HR Generalist to join their team. This role will support daily human resources operations and serve as a key partner to both leadership and employees across a dynamic, service-driven environment.

The ideal candidate is adaptable, people-focused, and experienced in managing HR functions within fast-paced industries such as hospitality, restaurants, hotels, or related service sectors.

Position Summary

The HR Generalist will play an integral role in supporting recruitment, employee relations, compliance, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives. This individual will help ensure smooth HR operations while contributing to a positive workplace culture and overall organizational success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for hourly and salaried positions, including sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and orientation
  • Support employee relations efforts by addressing workplace concerns and promoting a positive employee experience
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, local labor laws, employment laws as well as company policies and procedures
  • Maintain accurate employee records, HRIS data, and personnel files
Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
  • 3+ years of HR experience, ideally in hospitality, hotels, restaurants, or service-based industries
