Job Title: Package Handler / Shipping & Receiving Associate

Job Summary:
We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Package Handlers / Shipping & Receiving Associates to join our warehouse team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling packages, operating RF scan guns, and assisting with shipping and receiving operations in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Load, unload, sort, and move packages safely and efficiently.
• Use RF scan guns to track inventory, shipments, and product locations.
• Verify incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and damages.
• Prepare orders for shipping, including labeling and packaging.
• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming merchandise.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation.
• Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment as needed.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Follow company safety policies and procedures at all times.
• Meet daily productivity and attendance expectations.

Qualifications/ Requirements:

• Previous warehouse, shipping & receiving, or package handling experience preferred.
• Experience using RF scan guns required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance.
• Basic communication and teamwork skills.
• E-Verify.
• Bilingual preferred but not required.

Work Environment:

• Warehouse setting with frequent walking, standing, bending, and lifting.
• May require overtime, weekends, or flexible scheduling depending on business needs.

Schedule: 6pm to 2:30am
Pay Rate: $17/hr
