As an Omni Channel Analytics Manager, you will serve as a thought leader and technical expert, driving innovation in AI solutions across Disney Experiences consumer ecosystems. You will independently design and deliver advanced analytical projects from ideation to completion, applying deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and cutting-edge frameworks such as Agentic Frameworks and Model Context Protocol (MCP).
This role requires not only advanced technical capabilities but also the ability to shape strategy, influence stakeholders, and mentor fellow team members. You will be a key data storyteller and trusted advisor, ensuring that AI solutions are explainable, scalable, and aligned with Disney’s business objectives.
This position is an individual contributor role that reports to the Manager, Omni Channel Analytics and is based in Orlando, Florida.

The hiring range for this position in Orlando, Florida is $130,000-$160,000 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
