National Program Manager Marketing

We are seeking a strategic, results-driven National Retail Marketing Manager to lead the development, execution, and measurement of national marketing campaigns that build brand awareness and generate qualified leads for our U.S. retail network. This role requires a collaborative leader who can partner across Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Product Management teams to build aligned, impactful marketing programs that support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

 

Marketing Strategy & Campaign Development

  • Lead the development and implementation of national retail marketing strategies, campaigns, and programs focused on lead generation and market growth.
  • Evaluate market and segment analysis to recommend targeting strategies that increase reach and lead conversion.
  • Collaborate with Regional Marketing Managers to ensure national campaigns support local market needs and maintain consistent brand and product positioning.

Cross-Functional Leadership & Alignment

  • Partner with Marketing, Operations, Sales, and Product Management teams to understand goals and provide strategic input into marketing initiatives.
  • Work closely with the Global Marketing Team to align retail marketing programs with product commercialization strategies.
  • Share best practices across teams and support global marketers by providing campaign insights and tactics.

Campaign Execution & Measurement

  • Collaborate with Marketing Operations to monitor, measure, and report on campaign performance.
  • Present campaign results and recommendations to leadership.

Operational Leadership

  • Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring programs are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Maintain current knowledge of marketing trends and best practices to support continuous program improvement.

 

Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field required.
    • Non-degree considered if 12+ years of related experience along with a high school diploma or GED
  • 5+ years of marketing experience, ideally in retail, lead generation, or multi-location marketing environments.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience evaluating campaign performance and ROI.
  • Proven ability to develop integrated marketing strategies and lead cross-functional initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
  • Experience managing budgets and working within structured processes.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

 

This position is on-site at our New Bremen, OH location. Relocation assistance is available.
