About the Role:Seeking a Contract Specialist to support sourcing and contracting operations by managing bid events, item conversions, contract-related requests, and supply chain initiatives. This role requires strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
Responsibilities:Prepare and manage bid events.
Support item conversions and product implementation.
Submit item build requests.
Source substitute items when required.
Collaborate with internal departments to support contract and procurement activities.
Maintain accurate documentation and contract records.
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Finance, Engineering, or a related field (Required).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Previous healthcare and/or government/public purchasing experience preferred.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Ability to sit for extended periods and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
