Job Description

Salary: $40,000 - 50,000 per year Requirements:

• Strong background in data networking
• Experience with firewalls and routers is mandatory
• Basic understanding of port forwarding, 1:1 NAT, and critical security features of firewalls
• Familiarity with Cisco Meraki or similar firewall technologies
• Preferred CCNA certification or equivalent experience; Meraki certification is advantageous
• At least 1 year of experience in Telecom or Enterprise Network Engineering is preferred

• Collaborate with field technicians and end-clients to deploy managed Cisco Meraki equipment including firewalls, switches, and wireless access points
• Assess customer data network design requirements
• Adhere to engineering process guidelines for network engineering and ensure proper documentation and communication
• Maintain a solid understanding of network operations
• Effectively communicate with field staff, customers, and project managers
• Participate in on-the-job training to enhance skills and fill knowledge gaps
