Position Overview
The Mainframe Systems Programmer will support, maintain, and enhance mission-critical applications that power the MNR Crew Management System (CMS) . This role is responsible for ensuring operational stability, supporting feature enhancements, managing integrations with enterprise systems, and leading historical data migration efforts to the new Crew Management platform. The position plays a key role in maintaining critical business functions including payroll, crew scheduling, FRA reporting, and regulatory data processing.
