Position Overview
Supports load coordination, freight tracking, and dispatch workflow management through Oregon-based systems. Oklahoma City candidates are prioritized for hybrid participation; remote candidates are fully integrated nationwide. Entry-level candidates receive structured training, while experienced professionals independently manage operational responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Assign and monitor freight loads using dispatch systems
Track shipment progress and maintain operational documentation
Communicate updates, exceptions, or delays to internal teams and drivers
Maintain detailed dispatch logs
Identify workflow inefficiencies and recommend improvements
Collaborate with Oregon-based management to ensure operational alignment
Escalate scheduling conflicts or operational issues as needed
Qualifications
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Computer proficiency including dispatch/tracking software
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven
Ability to follow structured workflows and procedures
Time management and multitasking skills
Experience optional; full training provided
Work Environment
Hybrid and remote Oregon-based dispatch operations. Oklahoma City candidates may attend hybrid workflow sessions; remote candidates fully supported.
