Billie’s Nantucket is an upscale-casual steakhouse and martini bar on Nantucket Island. We are building a kitchen culture rooted in professionalism, consistency, and teamwork.

Open Positions
PM Line Cook
• Execute and plate dishes during evening service
• Maintain accuracy and consistency in a high-volume environment
• Follow established systems and kitchen standards
AM Prep Cook
• Execute daily prep and recipe production
• Maintain organization and cleanliness
• Set up kitchen stations for smooth service
What We’re Looking For
• 1+ year kitchen experience in upscale casual or fine dining
• Strong food safety knowledge (certification preferred)
• Ability to follow written recipes and plating standards
• Efficient, focused, and calm under pressure
• Reliable and team-oriented
• Clean and organized work habits
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended shifts
Schedule & Requirements
• Full-time | 5 days per week
• Reliable transportation required
• English required (Spanish helpful)
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
