The Learning Experience Designer will create and deliver high-impact, business-aligned learning solutions that build merchant capability and enable new ways of working across the enterprise. Partnering closely with merchant leaders and subject matter experts, this role leads deep needs assessments to translate complex platforms, processes, and product allocation strategies into practical, scalable learning experiences. The Learning Experience Designer brings an agile mindset, strong facilitation and collaboration skills, and a continuous learning orientation—leveraging emerging technologies, including AI, to drive efficiency, relevance, and measurable performance outcomes through blended learning and facilitation.

Benefits:The annual base salary range is $90,000-$95,000, this range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive short term incentives that align with individual and company performance. Salary will be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
