Compensation: We offer our employees a competitive compensation and benefits package that reflects our organizational culture, mission, and core values. The salary range for this position is $78,644 to $80,000 and may be commensurate with experience.
Position Description: The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for administering and coordinating a wide range of Human Resources programs that support the employee lifecycle, organizational effectiveness, and workforce development. This position supports full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, learning and development, compensation analysis, HR compliance, and operational initiatives while serving as a strategic partner to managers and employees.
The Human Resources Generalist coordinates organization-wide training and leadership development programs, supports workforce planning and organizational design efforts, administers HR policies and records, and assists with employee engagement initiatives. Through collaboration, customer service, and operational excellence, this position helps ensure Human Resources programs are delivered efficiently, consistently, and in alignment with SOME's mission, values, and strategic objectives.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm; This is a hybrid position. Must work onsite up to (3) days per week, (2) days remote.
Required: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field is required; Minimum of three (3) years of progressively responsible Human Resources experience is required.
Preferred: Experience supporting recruitment, training, compliance, compensation, and employee relations is preferred. SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification is preferred.

Physical Demands: Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds. Must be able to travel off-site using his or her own transportation methods. Requires looking at a computer screen for several hours a day. May be required to sit for long periods. This position may be active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing.
