As an Experienced Package Beer Sales Representative, you will play a key role in managing sales, distribution, inventory, merchandising, and customer relationships within your assigned accounts. Responsibilities

• Maximize sales and distribution in alignment with company objectives across assigned accounts
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure product freshness through regular rotation and adherence to quality control standards
• Build and maintain constructive relationships with customers, providing timely and professional service
• Monitor sales trends and review performance with customers on a regular basis
• Ensure all point-of-sale (POS) materials are clean, functional, and up-to-date, including timely removal and replacement after seasonal events
• Introduce new products and keep retailers informed of current pricing and promotions
• Maintain accurate customer records and complete all required paperwork promptly
• Adhere to all beverage laws and company policies, ensuring safe use of company equipment
• Attend all required training sessions and meetings as scheduled
• Keep company vehicles clean and perform additional duties as assigned by the Team Leader

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales, preferably in the beverage or consumer packaged goods industry
• Ability to perform heavy physical work, including lifting, pushing, and pulling objects up to 160 pounds
• Comfortable working in various weather conditions
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to work independently
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Team-oriented with a willingness to assist others
• Commitment to attending work as scheduled and participating in all required training and meetings
