WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Learn our proven sales process from experienced managers and mentors
- Assist customers in finding the right vehicle for their needs and budget
- Present vehicle features, conduct test drives, and explain available options
- Learn how to structure and present numbers professionally
- Build relationships that lead to repeat and referral business
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction after the sale
- Work with management, finance, and service teams to create a smooth buying experience
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Strong communication and people skills
- Friendly, outgoing personality
- Willingness to learn and take coaching
- Motivated by goals and income opportunities
- Customer service, retail, hospitality, or phone experience is a plus
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
