As a Elite Armed Security Officer - Armed Route Patrol Driver in San Antonio TX you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls and more. What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.
• Respond to incidents disturbances and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner including situations that may require an armed presence consistent with post orders.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location parking areas loading zones and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor customer and employee activity report suspicious behavior and document incidents observations and/or policy violations according to site protocols.
• Assist with access control monitor entrances and exits and support loss prevention awareness by observing high-traffic areas and communicating concerns to site contacts and/or local responders when needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have 3 years of combined law enforcement corrections and/or military experience or 5 years of armed security experience.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid drivers license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A Level III Armed Guard Card is required in Texas only.
• CPR and/or First Aid is preferred.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
