Electrical Assembler I 

Connect Staffing is hiring Electrical Assemblers for a trailer manufacturing and modification facility in Henderson, NV. This is a temp-to-hire position paying $21.25/hr, Monday–Friday with overtime and occasional Saturdays required. In this role, you will assemble and modify trailers for electrical generators using hand tools, power tools, and compressor tools, working from basic blueprints and written instructions. 

Pay: $21.25/hr

Schedule: Mon–Fri, 7:00am–3:45pm; overtime and Saturdays required

Location: Henderson, NV

Responsibilities

• Assemble trailers for electrical generators using hand tools, power tools, and compressor tools, following blueprints and written work instructions. You'll also:
• Add modifications to trailers per customer specifications and assembly instructions
• Inspect incoming shipments for quality and accuracy and verify accompanying documents
• Transport and move materials, supplies, and finished goods using hand trucks and skids
• Collect and dispose of scrap bracing, cardboard, and strapping to maintain a clean, safe work area

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of recent mechanical assembly experience or similar hands-on assembly work
• Ability to read and work from basic blueprints and written assembly instructions
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and compressor tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience assembling trailers, utility equipment, or metal fabricated products
• Exposure to electrical assembly or willingness to develop electrical assembly skills
• Familiarity with using hand trucks, skids, and manual material handling equipment
• Experience in quality inspection or verifying shipment documentation
• Background in HVAC, maintenance, or other mechanical trade environments
• Preferred prior job titles: Mechanical Assembler, Assembly Technician, Mechanical Assembly Tech, Trailer Assembler, Manufacturing Assembler, Maintenance Technician, HVAC Technician, Furniture Assembler, General Assembly Worker, Production Assembler
