The business is fully established with an active Shopify store, Faire wholesale account, streamlined inventory and fulfillment centers, high-end product photography, and active social media accounts. We are laser-focused on driving immediate, scalable sales growth by leveraging our existing brand assets and product infrastructure to reach high-intent consumer audiences.

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly autonomous, results-oriented, and tactically skilled E-Commerce Marketing Specialist to join our remote team under a part-time engagement open exclusively to candidates based in Colombia. Operating as the primary driver for our social acquisition channels, you will step up to claim direct ad account management, creative testing, and return-on-ad-spend (ROAS) accountability to increase our blanket sales globally. Shifting completely away from high-level theoretical strategy building, manual order fulfillment, or basic customer support, you will run an active campaign execution, audience targeting, and ad-creative laboratory. This position requires a digital marketing executor who launches compelling campaigns fluidly natively using Facebook Ads , evaluates Shopify sales funnels cleanly, and coordinates influencer outreach confidently to scale revenue.

Key Responsibilities

• Meta Advertising Campaign Management: Create, deploy, and actively manage targeted advertising campaigns across Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram) to drive direct consumer sales natively utilizing Facebook Ads .
• Ad Creative Assembly: Develop and iterate high-converting ad creatives by leveraging our existing library of premium product photography, videos, and established brand assets.
• A/B Testing and Optimization: Continuously test new advertising concepts, audience segments, and promotional offers to maximize conversion rates and protect blended ROAS.
• Social Media Coordination: Create and schedule organic social media content that aligns seamlessly with active sales promotions and paid marketing campaigns.
• Influencer and Creator Outreach: Identify, coordinate, and manage relationships with relevant influencers and content creators to expand brand awareness and generate user-generated content (UGC).
• Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Provide simple, clear weekly reporting detailing campaign performance, total sales impact, and strategic recommendations for the upcoming week.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Mandatory Platform Experience: Candidates must possess verified, hands-on experience running Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns and managing Shopify storefront ecosystems. Applicants without this specific background will not be considered.
• Proven capability to independently create and edit compelling digital ad creatives that drive consumer action.
• Strong written English communication skills, ensuring professional clarity when crafting ad copy and coordinating with influencers.
• A highly self-motivated, results-oriented mindset with total comfort operating independently in a remote environment.
• Location Context: Position operates under strict geographic parameters open exclusively to qualified marketing specialists residing in Colombia .

Time Commitment & Compensation

• Part-Time Hours: Expected to require approximately 5–8 hours per week once fully ramped up (initial weeks may require extra time to study product catalogs and historical ad data).
• Base Stipend plus Commission: A guaranteed base compensation of $500 USD per month (equating to roughly $20 USD/hour based on the expected time commitment).
• Performance Bonus: Lucrative, uncapped performance bonuses directly tied to the volume of sales generated by your marketing campaigns.
