Key Responsibilities
As a Salesforce Data Analyst, your role responsibilities will be to:
•    Collect, clean, and validate data from Salesforce and integrated systems to ensure accuracy and completeness.
•    Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights.
•    Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that inform business decisions.
•    Collaborate with functional consultants, developers, and business stakeholders to define data requirements and reporting needs.
•    Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and privacy standards.
•    Support data migration and integration activities during Salesforce implementations.
•    Document data models, data flows, and reporting logic for transparency and maintainability.
•    Participate in backlog refinement and sprint planning for analytics-related tasks.
•    Complete mandatory training and maintain certification levels.
•    Identify and raise potential risks related to data quality or reporting accuracy.
Knowledge and Attributes
•    Analytical Thinking - Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and provide clear insights to support business decisions.
•    Attention to Detail - Ensures accuracy and consistency in data analysis, reporting, and documentation.
•    Basic Salesforce Knowledge - Understanding of Salesforce data structures, reporting tools, and dashboards.
•    Data Visualization - Familiarity with creating simple dashboards and reports using Salesforce CRM Analytics or similar tools.
•    Problem-Solving - Ability to troubleshoot data issues and propose practical solutions.
•    Communication Skills - Comfortable explaining data findings to non-technical stakeholders in clear, simple language.
•    Collaboration - Works effectively with consultants, developers, and business teams to meet data and reporting needs.
•    Adaptability - Willingness to learn new tools and techniques as required.
Academic Qualifications and Certifications
•    Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Data Science, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or related discipline.
•    Salesforce Certified Administrator and CRM Analytics (Tableau CRM) Certifications (preferred).
•    Additional certifications in data analytics or visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) (highly desirable).
Required Experience
•    1-3 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence within Salesforce environments.
•    Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM Analytics or similar BI tools.
•    Good understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and reporting capabilities.
•    Familiarity with data migration, cleansing, and integration processes.
•    Familiarity with SQL and data querying techniques.
•    Exposure to Agile delivery methodologies.
