Job Description

As we accelerate our expansion into the South Asian market, we are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented South Asia Business Coordinator to join our Guangzhou headquarters. In this role, you will act as a vital bridge between the office team and our growing network of partners, suppliers, and talent across the subcontinent.

Job Descriptions:
1. Coordinate and schedule inspections and quality assurance activities across the South Asia region.
2. Review and analyze travel expenses for the South Asia team; assist the accounting department with annual audits and tax filing processes related to our India branch.
3. Provide insights and Suggestions on optimizing personnel allocation in South Asia in alignment with business growth.
4. Facilitate clear and effective communication between the Chinese headquarters and local teams, suppliers, and partners in South Asia.
5. Execute end-to-end recruitment for roles in the region, ensuring timely and effective fulfillment of annual hiring targets.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above; Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related majors preferred.
2. Native of India; fluent in English. Command in Chinese is a strong plus.
3. Previous work experience in China or with Chinese companies is highly preferred.
5. Strong cross-cultural communication and adaptability.
6. Self-motivated, able to work effectively under pressure, and highly organized.
