Job Description

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to company recipes and standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen environment
• Set up and break down cooking stations before and after shifts
• Monitor food quality, freshness, and portion control
• Assist with prep work, stocking, and labeling food items
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health guidelines
• Communicate effectively with team members and support a positive work environment
• Work efficiently during high-volume periods while maintaining accuracy and quality
• Assist in training new cooks and team members as needed

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of cooking experience in a restaurant or fast casual environment
• Strong understanding of food safety and kitchen procedures
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen
• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow directions
• Able to lift up to 30–40 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Team-oriented attitude and strong communication skills
• Language: Ability to communicate in English and Spanish is preferred (bilingual candidates strongly encouraged)

Schedule

• Flexible shifts (days, evenings, weekends)
• Full-time or Part-time positions available
