Social Media & Marketing Skills Experience managing social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Ability to create engaging content, including photos, videos, and promotional materials. Knowledge of digital marketing tools, online advertising, and social media analytics is an advantage. Travel & Mobility Must possess a valid driver's license and be willing to travel frequently. Must be able to travel domestically and internationally, including to China, Africa, and other target markets. Must be willing to visit dealerships, exhibitions, factories, and client locations as required. Market Knowledge Strong knowledge of the African automotive market, particularly Nigeria and Ghana, is highly desirable. International Business Development, Sales & Social Media Manager Company: Shandong Showstar Auto Tech Position Overview Shandong Showstar Auto Tech is seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to support the company’s international growth, brand promotion, sales development, and social media presence. This role focuses on expanding the company’s market reach in Africa and the Middle East, with a particular focus on Nigeria and Ghana. Key Responsibilities Promote Shandong Showstar Auto Tech’s brand image to international clients and markets. Manage and grow the company’s social media presence across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels. Create, coordinate, and share promotional content, including vehicle photos, videos, client testimonials, and marketing campaigns. Communicate with clients interested in placing orders and support the sales process to achieve strong business results. Work with advertising companies by providing content, materials, and market direction for effective promotions. Support Chinese staff in communicating with international clients and resolving difficult customer situations. Expand business opportunities in Africa, especially Nigeria and Ghana. Visit dealerships, factories, exhibitions, and client locations for business development, vehicle showcases, and promotional activities. Receive visiting clients, conduct meetings, and help resolve business concerns to improve customer trust and sales. Attend domestic and international exhibitions to attract new clients. Assist in training and orienting other foreign employees. Support negotiations with local government bodies and business partners regarding company development opportunities. Participate in strategic decision-making to support the company’s overall growth.
