This position offers a competitive compensation range of $13.00 - $17.00 per hour, paid bi-weekly. • Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming floors and surfaces.
• Sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies as needed.
• Properly dispose of waste and recycling materials.
• Maintain cleaning equipment and notify management of any maintenance or repair needs.
• Follow all safety guidelines and company policies to ensure a secure work environment.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding task completion and any issues encountered.

Requirements

• Prior experience in commercial or residential cleaning preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites in Lafayette, LA.
• Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Willingness to adhere to company safety standards and protocols.
