Civil Rights Investigator/Legal Analyst
This is a full time posting working Monday-Friday, working 37.5 hours per week between the hours of 8:00 am 5:00 pm, 1 hour lunch break.
May occasionally be required to testify at evidentiary and appeal hearings.Travel may be required for on-site case investigations or training.

| Thorough knowledge of and ability to interpret and apply the Indiana Civil Rights Law, Commission rules and regulations, and court decisions. | Required | 2 | Years |
| Ability to secure and analyze data and testimony relevant to all areas covered by the Indiana Civil Rights Law | Required | 2 | Years |
| Experience pertaining to the Civil Rights Act and Fair Housing Laws. | Required | 2 | Years |
| Ability to conduct difficult and involved investigations and make recommendations to the director regarding disposition. | Required | 2 | Years |
| Ability to communicate well, both orally and in writing. | Required | 2 | Years |
| Ability to maintain confidentiality. | Required |
| Working knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office 365. | Required |
| Specialized knowledge of the principles, practices, and past and current trends of the Civil Rights field on a state and national level. | Nice to have |
