Immediate Opening for a Highly Skilled Closing Manager $48,000-$52,000/year

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the team during closing shifts to maintain high service standards
• Ensure all closing procedures and security protocols are followed accurately
• Ensure food safety in all areas of the restaurant
• Support team members with training and development during shifts
• Hands-On Leadership during the shift to support Senior Operations Managers

Job Details

• Full-time position with weekend, closing shift availability required (preferably 2-11 or similar-can discuss). A 45-hour work week is typical; 5-day workweek plus Sundays off.
• On-site role at Forest Hill Chick-fil-A, locally owned and operated
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Relevant leadership experience required
• Kitchen experience preferred
• Must be at least 18 years of age
