You will be responsible for monitoring gauges, conducting safety tests, and ensuring compliance with California safety regulations, including Cal/OSHA. The position also requires the operation of a stand-up forklift and the performance of preventative maintenance on conveyers and slicing and bagging machines used in meat processing.
