Newton Nissan of Gallatin is seeking an experienced and driven Finance Manager to join our team. We are looking for a professional who can structure and close vehicle finance deals, work closely with lenders, present and sell finance and insurance products, and maintain strong compliance standards throughout the process. Schedule

• Full-time
• Five (5)-day work week
• Scheduled within a Monday through Saturday work week
• Sundays closed

Responsibilities

• Structure, present, and close vehicle finance deals
• Work directly with customers to secure financing options that fit their needs
• Build and maintain strong relationships with lenders and financial institutions
• Present and sell finance and insurance products, including protection products and related offerings
• Ensure all deals are processed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with dealership, lender, state, and federal guidelines
• Review documents for completeness and accuracy
• Work closely with the sales team to support a smooth customer experience from sale to funding
• Maintain a strong understanding of dealership systems and finance processes
• Help protect the dealership by following all compliance and documentation standards

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of automotive finance experience required
• Proven experience structuring and closing vehicle finance deals
• Experience working with lenders and finance sources
• Strong knowledge of finance and insurance product sales
• Well-versed in dealership systems, including Reynolds and eLead
• Strong understanding of compliance, accuracy, and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• High level of professionalism and integrity
