Job Description

In this role, you will work side-by-side with experienced industry professionals to install, commission, and troubleshoot industrial electrical systems, SCADA infrastructure, and PLC-controlled equipment. Key Responsibilities
  • Assist & Maintain: Support the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of industrial electrical systems and equipment.
  • System Automation: Support SCADA system installations, panel wiring, and PLC equipment connections.
  • Technical Tasks: Perform electrical disconnects, system upgrades, and low-voltage electrical projects.
  • Blueprint Reading: Read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
  • Collaboration: Partner closely with senior technicians and engineers to complete field projects safely and efficiently.
Qualifications
  • Experience: Prior Apprentice Electrician experience or electrical trade school training.
  • Technical Knowledge: A solid, basic understanding of electrical systems, wiring, and troubleshooting.
  • Schematics: Ability to accurately read and interpret electrical schematics.
  • Clearance & Logistics: Clean background suitable for obtaining/maintaining a security clearance , and the ability to travel locally to field environments.
  • Attributes: mechanical aptitude , great communication skills , and a willingness to learn.
Preferred Skills (A Plus!)
  • Current Apprentice Electrician registration.
  • Exposure to or familiarity with industrial controls, PLCs, control panels, or SCADA systems.
  • Experience with low-voltage systems.
  • U.S. Citizenship strongly preferred.

salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in field service and project work at customer sites as needed
