Key Responsibilities: • Manage and maintain calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for executives and teams. • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents, ensuring accuracy and professional formatting. • Organise and maintain physical and electronic filing systems, ensuring information is readily accessible and secure. • Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and ground transportation, and preparing detailed itineraries. • Process invoices, expense reports, and procure office supplies, maintaining accurate records and budgets. • Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, screening calls and directing inquiries appropriately. • Assist with event planning and coordination, including logistics, vendor management, and on-site support. • Perform general office duties such as mail distribution, photocopying, scanning, and data entry. Requirements: • Proven experience (2+ years) as an Administrative Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative role. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with Google Workspace. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Hindi or a relevant regional Indian language is a plus. • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. • High level of attention to detail and accuracy in all work. • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. • Proactive and resourceful with a strong problem-solving aptitude. • A positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a collaborative team player mindset. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field preferred. • Certification in office administration or secretarial practices is a plus. • Experience with office management software (e.g., ERP systems, CRM) is an added advantage. • Familiarity with basic accounting principles and expense management.
