Within the Quality Department, the Admin Director of Quality and Risk Management will lead a collaborative, data-driven program that integrates Performance Improvement, Patient Safety, Infection Prevention, Case Management, Clinical Documentation Integrity, and Education; as the Admin Director of Quality and Risk Management, you will guide Lean and PDSA cycles, coordinate RCA and FMEA, strengthen Just Culture, hardwire evidence-based bundles, enhance HCAHPS and core measures, reduce harm and readmissions, and ensure Joint Commission and CMS readiness through proactive rounding, multidisciplinary huddles, and dashboard transparency.

Supported by engaged executives and service-line leaders, the Admin Director of Quality and Risk Management will report to senior leadership with direct access to decision-makers and board-level visibility; as the Admin Director of Quality and Risk Management, you will partner daily with friendly nurses, physicians, analysts, risk coordinators, infection preventionists, and a diverse interprofessional team to oversee event review, mitigation strategies, regulatory compliance, HIPAA/privacy workflows, peer review, and performance reporting—while mentoring frontline leaders to sustain gains and scale best practices across the hospital.
