Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Technician for our 3rd shift. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to read and interpret blueprints and work orders efficiently. Experience with various power tools, including torque wrenches, grinders, welding equipment, drills, and saws, is essential. The candidate should also be capable of performing wiring for panel components.

Responsibilities

• Ensure finished product meets quality standards.
• Read and follow Bills of Materials.
• Troubleshoot problems and provide solutions as needed.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Experience with power tools such as torque wrenches, grinders, welding equipment, drills, and saws.
• Ability to perform wiring for panel components.
• Mechanical assembly and electrical assembly skills.
• Experience with pneumatics and hydraulics.
• Quality control knowledge.
• Troubleshooting and installation skills.
• Understanding of electrical blueprints and schematics.

• Experience in automotive maintenance.
• Proficiency in measuring tools.

Work Environment

The work environment is within a large, clean, well-lit, climate-controlled manufacturing facility. The 3rd shift hours are from 10pm to 6:30am, with a $2 shift differential. Employees will be working in a setting that ensures comfort and productivity.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Charleroi, PA.

The pay range for this position is $49920.00 - $54080.00/yr.

They offer 3 different benefit packages for health/dental/vision, match 50% of what you contribute to your 401k up to 8% (they'd match 4), offer 3 food trucks on site Tuesday-Wednesday-Thursday for all employees, paid holidays, financial advisor and health coach available. PTO Schedule: 0-4 years = 10 Days. 5-14 years = 15 days. 15-19 years = 20 days. 20-29 years = 25 days. If needing to use pto for more than 3 days at a time, must be submitted before 2 weeks of timeframe.

This is a fully onsite position in Charleroi,PA.

This position is anticipated to close on Jul 10, 2026.
